Boids is an artificial life program, developed by Craig Reynolds in 1986, which simulates the flocking behaviour of birds, and related group motion.
Here it is used to simulate a school of tuna and a hungry shark. Hover over the left edge of the screen to change how the tuna act.
Control the sharks direction by clicking/tapping on the left and right sides of the screen. Watch the tuna try to swim away.
